"I haven’t looked back since"
After finishing art school, I proposed to my wife and realised it was time to start earning real money. I took a job as an art teacher and dreamed of film school, but everything changed when a friend asked me to shoot their wedding. I’ve been hooked ever since. What gets me every time are the quiet, heartfelt gestures, the speeches that bring tears, and the romance woven through the day. Capturing the start of a couple’s journey is a privilege I never take lightly.

“Shooting a wedding alongside my daughter was a career highlight.”
One of my career highlights was shooting a wedding with my talented daughter, Aisha. She is an amazing photographer in her own right. The experience went viral on Instagram and TikTok, and we were even invited to appear live on Chicago morning news and interviewed by People Magazine. It was a moment I’ll never forget and such a thrill to share this experience together.

"I bring the craft of cinema to the emotion of weddings."
Over the years I have been honoured to receive countless awards for my work, including the privilege of having my images featured on the cover of Capture Magazine. My passion for movies has always shaped the way I see weddings. My strength lies in combining technical precision with emotional storytelling to create images with a cinematic quality. Crafting frames that feel both timeless and deeply personal is what drives me.

Things Will Be Different
A film by Jerome Cole
Things Will Be Different is a poetic and intimate short film that follows a young girl, Ella, as she navigates the quiet emotional shifts in her family following the arrival of a new baby. Set in a modern suburban home, the story unfolds through restrained visuals, subtle gestures, and memory-like fragments that evoke the growing distance between mother and daughter. When Ella senses something is wrong but cannot name it, she takes matters into her own hands.
